Random Thoughts

I can't believe I haven't posted since Lennon had hives. What a terrible sight to see when I came to the blog to update.

I ran 3.5 miles the other day, which is the furthest I've ever ran.

I've been teaching myself to crochet and I'm worried that I'm not going to have any new and exciting hobbies when I'm 80.

We have almost exactly a year left in Pittsburgh. From here on out, everything is our "last".

My new favorite treat is whole wheat toast with peanut butter and sliced bananas on top.

Three families in our ward have had a boy, and then twin girls. I'm at high risk.

I'm in the middle of reading "Spiritual Lightening". I dare say this might be my favorite religious book and it just keeps getting better.

Allergies are the worst.

Hives

Fortunately, they didn't seem to itch or bother him too much.  We aren't sure if he is allergic to a certain food or anti-biotic, or if it was a viral infection but I hope he doesn't get it again.

6 Months

This crazy kid is half a year!  I'm glad I get to spend my days with him.

Thoughts

It feels good to do hard things.

I really don't like clothes shopping.

This is currently my favorite cookbook.

I am so far behind on reading blogs.  I don't think I will ever catch up.

I think I need to find a better routine in my day, rather than just doing what I want, when I want.

I have the best husband.

Our friend let us borrow one of these and Lennon is so cute in it.  A baby must-have.

The Beach Boys music will never get old.
